Terms and Conditions of Shopping at Rosemary's Manufacture

I. Order and delivery
1. You can place the order at our website www.rosemary-manufacture.com or by e-mail.
2. In order to receive the delivery it is mandatory to provide the correct address and contact number.
3. The Customer will receive the order confirmation by e-mail.
4. The ordered products are delivered by Poczta Polska S.A. to the address provided in the order.
5. The cost of delivery anywhere in Poland is 6 PLN (priority mail), the cost of international delivery is 15 PLN (priority mail). C.O.D. is not accepted as a form of payment.
6. The Customer may request a VAT invoice.
7. The ordered products are sent within 2 working days upon receiving the payment.

II. Payment
1. All the prices are in PLN and include VAT. The prices do not include delivery cost.
2. A transfer (prepayment) to the account specified below is the only accepted form of payment:

Please make sure you include your order number when making the transfer.

3. The store reserves the right to: alter the prices of the offered products, add products to the offer, remove products from the offer, start or discontinue promoting actions, and/or introduce other changes.

III. Discount system
1. Only registered Users who buy at our website www.rosemary-manufacture.com are entitled to use the discount system.
2. The discount depends on the amount of purchases made within the last six months:
a. purchases for PLN 150-300 receive a 3% discount
b. purchases for PLN 300,01-500 receive a 5% discount
c. purchases for PLN 500 and above receive a 7% discount
3. The discounts for regular customers and discount coupons do not add up. In order to receive a discount based on a discount coupon you must include the discount coupon code in the order.
4. A discount coupon entitles you to a single discount in the specified amount.
5. A discount coupon may be redeemed only within its expiration date.

IV. Returns
1. In accordance with the Regulation of 2 March 2000 regarding the protection of certain consumer rights liability for damage caused by dangerous products, the Customer may return the products bought in our store within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the parcel without giving any reason.
2. The only condition is that the product is not used, damaged and remains in the original packaging. The store guarantees to refund the sum paid for the returned products and transfer it to a bank account specified by the Customer or send it by a postal order to an address provided in the purchase order. The cost of delivery is not refunded.
3. The returned products should be sent together with the bill.
4. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.
5. Custom-made products are not returnable.

V. Personal Data Protection
1. The personal data provided during registration and ordering is confidential and used only for the purposes of the www.rosemary-manufacture.com online store. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997, our Customers have the right to access their personal data, change it and request to stop using it.
